1. Select a purchase document from a supplier for receipt
2. View which items for pickup are present on the selected document
3. Scan the items you actually received
4. Create a receipt document with the scanned quantities by closing the corresponding outlets of the originally selected order

Creation of a new independent document

1. Supplier search and selection
2. Scanning of items to be received
3. Create a document in Soft1 with the quantities received

Select a ready-made document from Soft1

1. Select sales document for picking
2. See which items are on the selected document
3. Scan the available items to be shipped
4. Create a picking document with the scanned quantities, by closing the corresponding openings of the originally selected customer order

Creation of a new independent document

1. Select document type (wholesale/retail)
2. Search and select customer
3. Scan the items to be collected
4. Create a document in Soft1 with the quantities collected

Creation of a stocktaking document

1. Create a new list of items to be measured
2. Scan the items to count the available stock
3. Create an inventory document in Soft1 with the exact quantities in the storage area

1. Select the storage area where you will export the stocks.
2. Select the storage area where the stocks will be imported.
3. Scan the items you will be moving
